OBTAINING ASSISTANCE IN EMERGENCIES
1. Definition of Emergency: a. Able to go to "www.cnn.com" but - b. Unable to go to "www.clientsytem.net" site and see Login screen. c. NOTE: If you are unable to go to "www.cnn.com" you are experiencing a problem with your Internet connection, not with Client System. Notify your Supervisor. d. NOTE: If you are able to see the Login screen, but have a message stating “User Not Found” or “Password Doesn’t Match” - Make sure that you have selected the correct Server Name for your Organization, Attempt to login again (remember Client System is case sensitive when logging in). If you continue to have problems, notify your Supervisor.
2. Obtaining Emergency Assistance: a. During the business hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday, call 215-782-6000 and ask for extension 17 or 11. b. During non-business hours, on weekends and holidays call 1-(877) 218-9961 and - Explain the problem, Leave your Name, Organization, Phone Number where you may be reached.
