Client System complies with the Federally mandated Housing and Urban Affairs (HUD) Homeless Management.Information Standards (HMIS) data gathering requirements.  All organizations, nationwide that participate in Homeless funding through HUD are required to gather and report data through the HMIS system.

Client System also provides tools to Homeless management organization to fully:
  • Track and maintain records on room/bed assignments in their facilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all Purchase of Service (Purchase Orders) issues authorizing funded services to be provided to a client.
  • Account for all services provided including Service Provider, Service Payer, Service Cost each time it is provided, dates and times of Services, reports to reflect this information for billing.
  • Automated billing for services provided or outsourced.
  • Accurate records of Maintaining and Dispensing of prescription medications.
